If an event you would like to attend is full, please register for the waiting list. We will contact you a few days before the lounge if space becomes available. Also, if you are not on our mailing list, contact us to be added so that you can receive announcements about future sessions.

What can I do if events are full… is there any way around the waiting list??
 Yes! One of the factors that limits the number of spaces we can offer at our sewing lounge sessions is the need for more volunteers to help coach beginners, and to help us set up before each session. If you are interested in either type of volunteering (coaching or set-up), contact us to let us know which session you’d like to volunteer for, and we’ll provide more details on what we need.
 Also, as a thank you and to promote the parent organization that helps us make DC Threads possible, we want to extend automatic admission to any of the sewing lounge sessions to American Sewing Guild members. If you are already a member, just contact us with your member number and the chapter you belong to. If you’re not a member and want to join, check out this page for details on how to become a member and what the benefits are.
